You will find Anchorage House at the end of a small private lane only a few minutes from the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan. It has a timeless mix of traditional and modern and is deliciously luxurious and comfortable.
Anchorage House is in the Georgian style and very impressive. The dazzling black and white tiled hallway, wood panelling, galleried upper landing, antique furniture, and lush carpets give it a magazine-style gloss.
The suites and bedrooms are exquisite and all have immaculate, deep carpets, huge comfy beds, and seriously invigorating power showers and hugh tubs.
You’ll have chocolates, fresh fruit, fridges, piles of magazines, satellite and digital televisions, outside hot tub and a new indoor swimming and leisure complex with 15-metre lap pool, infra-red and hot stove sauna and small gym. Spa treatments are also available at our new BlisSpa facility.
All rooms have individually controlled central heating, fridges, heaters, fans, towel rails, hairdryers, soft robes, DVD/CD/Video players, large flat screen/LCD TV's and courtesy trays.
So apparent is the care and attention to detail with everything at Anchorage House, you can’t fail to feel spoilt.
The house is set in about an acre of immaculate landscaped gardens. The easy mix of elegant and modern is delightful and it works.
Our location on a cul-de-sac just off the A390 makes it ideal for those who want to avoid navigating narrow Cornish lanes to reach their luxury accommodation, and also means that it is handily placed for making driving forays to the many wonderful sites Cornwall has to offer like St. Michael's Mount, Land's End, the Lizard, Bodmin Moor, Newquay, Padstow, St. Ives, Lanhydrock House (NT), Tintagel Castle, all within 15-60 minutes drive.
