Swimming, Gym and Sauna

Anchorage House has one of the finest leisure facilities in Cornwall. A recent Inspector commented 'This really is a Wow. The complex is just Perfect.' Guests can indulge in our indoor swimming and leisure complex with 15-metre lap pool, sauna, small gym and outside hot tub. Swimming and the hot tub is free to guests, but the hot steam or infra-red sauna treatments are charged at £3 per person. Operating hours are 7:30-9:30 AM and 4-8 PM.

The 15-metre by 2.5-metre lap swimming pool is perfect for distance/endurance swimming. The pool is heated to 85 degrees F/30 degrees C. The entire complex is beautifully tiled in Turkish travertine stone, and there is a invigorating deluge power shower, temperature controlled dehumidification system, and chic seating.
