To confirm a reservation, a deposit of the cost of one night's stay will be collected from your card.
The balance of your bill will be collected upon your departure at the end of your stay.
Once a reservation has been confirmed in writing, £100 of the deposit is non-refundable in the case of a later cancellation.
Deposits must be made by credit/debit card.
Final payment can be made by credit/debit card, personal cheque, cash, or travellers cheques. Please note: There is a 2% surcharge for credit card payments (to cover bank processing charges). However, there is no surcharge for payments by Debit card or on initial deposits paid by credit card.
Cancellation or early departure charge: Please be aware that a booking is a legal contract between us and if a booking is cancelled within 10 days prior to arrival and we are unable to relet your room, we reserve the right to charge the equivalent of up to 75% of the total accommodation originally booked.
Travel insurance is highly recommended.
